As a Broker/Realtor® Kathleen Knorr is known for being efficient, informative and caring. Previously a Managing Broker, she managed 38 Realtors in and around the Chicagoland area, coaching and assisting agents on the best strategy for their business.

Working with her clients, Kathleen takes pride in her listening ability and ensures her clients understand each phase of the transaction from a current trends perspective to the evolving value of homes. From first-time buyers to real estate investors, there are always nuanced changes in the real estate world can assist her clients on what is effecting the market and their purchase or sale. With around 90% of her business being repeat and referral clients, this shows the quality of her relationships, knowledge and brokerage services.

Kathleen grew up in the North Shore, lived in Chicago for 20 years and is now back living in the North Shore (Glenview). A graduate of Northwestern University, she has previously worked in IT Security, Management Consulting, and Venture Capital prior to starting her real estate practice.
